Today was the kick off for the Sisters Of Honor And Health (S.O.H.A.H.)Walkers. I was so excited. It was cold this morning but, everyone enjoyed themselves. We actually walked farther than planned. This will be a weekly event.

S.O.H.A.H. is part of Sisters Of Honor Ministries to help promote a healthier lifestyle. We will promote fitness, breast cancer (which includes a monthly buddy check)and healthier eating habits etc.
